Proof of our power lies in the number of VDA students who faced the top ranks and make it in the ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE year often year.
Founded in 1994 with the unique Concept of input feeder of all the three Services, this institution has trained about 8456 commissioned and non Commissioned Officers for the Army, Navy and the Air Force. The almuni of this Vizag Defence Academy have made a tremendous contribution towards nation building.
COLLEGE WHICH MAKES OFFICERS:
Youth form every corner of the country, and every strata of our vast and varied society come forth to join the academy. Regardless of their back ground, in the two years we re-cast these young men onto the path of the warrior to meet the challenges of the 21st. Century warfare on land, at sea, in the Air and also in the fourth dimension of cyber space. Above all we provide them the ethical moorings, which will make morally sound.
